Annual General Meeting
The MTSG Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held in conjunction with the Annual Sea Turtle Symposium. As in past years, the AGM will be split into two components. The first will be a forum in which the Co-Chairs will present a brief round-up of the year’s activities and Regional Vice Chairs will briefly summarize key issues from around the world. The second half of the meeting will consist of special topics discussions. Amongst these will be the results of the Workshop to address direct poaching of turtles in Southeast Asia held in June 2009 and also the results of the “Burning Issues” workshop held in September 2009. Members are welcome to submit topics for discussion at this session. The meetings will be held primarily in English.
